Potential patients are reminded that they are solely responsible for full payment of the costs of their assessment and treatment. Insured patients should check what their policy limits are and whether any co-payment or excess applies.

The above fees are Mr Gibson's personal charges, additional costs will be incurred in respect of hospital tests, in-patient stays and anaesthetic fees.
